These terms govern your use of this website and set out the basis on which RiseMpower Global Solutions, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, describes its services. By using the site you accept them.

Services are contracted separately. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Recruitment work is delivered only under a signed services agreement or statement of work, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own business purposes. You may not scrape it, copy it wholesale, resell its content, or use it to build a competing service description.

You agree not to submit false information through the enquiry form, not to send us personal data about a third party without a lawful basis for doing so, and not to attempt to interfere with the site’s availability or security.

We provide recruitment execution support: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and the engagement models described on the Solutions pages. We work inside the client’s process, tools and criteria.

• Hiring decisions stay with the client. We do not select, offer or employ candidates on a client’s behalf unless a statement of work says so expressly.
• We do not guarantee outcomes. Pipeline volume, time-to-fill and acceptance rates depend on the role, the market and the client’s own process. Any targets are set in the statement of work, not here.
• Employment compliance is the client’s. The client remains responsible for right-to-work checks, background screening, equal-opportunity obligations and the terms it offers.

• Accurate role requirements, qualification criteria and process expectations, kept current as they change.
• Timely access to the systems the work runs in, and timely feedback on submitted candidates.
• A lawful basis for the candidate data shared with us, and written instructions for how we process it.
• Payment of agreed fees on the agreed schedule.

Fees, invoicing cycle, currency, applicable taxes and notice periods are set in the services agreement. No pricing is published on this site. Where an agreement is silent, invoices are payable within 30 days of issue.

Each party keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement. That obligation survives the end of the engagement.

The RiseMpower name, wordmark, site design and written content belong to us. Client trademarks, role content and candidate records belong to the client. Neither party gains rights in the other’s marks by working together, and public reference to the relationship needs written permission from the party being named.

The website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the descriptions on it are general information rather than professional advice.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid under it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website. Disputes arising from a signed services agreement follow the governing law and forum named in that agreement.
